recently me and my bestie went to bugis and we were kinda 'greeted' with the worst service i've ever seen... even i was dumb-founded by how a silly $1300-salary saleswoman can be. it all started when me and my bestie saw this very exquisite and very cute mini size wardrobe with this turning mechanism on the back which was suppose to play a music when winded.. so we tried this cute little thing and i din realli work.. I MUST REALLI REaLLI SAY THAT we weren't even hard on the thing, even tho we din buy but we definitely know that 'once broken consider sold' stupid clause every retailer use. Wad that saleswoman who was in charge of that gift section was to come up to us and KINDLY explain to us how that stupid gift work instead she decided to assume we were 'rough' with the gift.. i mean wtf she was siting on her toilet-bowl-esque seat when we were viewing the merchandise.. AND HER LINE OF VISION WAS BLOCKED BY MY BIG FAT TENIS BAG! HOW THE HELL DID SHE EVEN, I MEAN HOW CAN SHE EVEN ASSUME THAT WE DONE 'ROUGH-WORKS' on HER ITEMS?.. I've wrote in to the store about the bad service. Totally put us off... SIngapore definitely needs some revamp if she wanna stay top of shopping areas. till then i think otherwise.. and im definitely more than able to be anyone's customer.. so better watch out. bad attitudes
