I feel so sinful and guilty after eating a couple of dough fritter that i had to come up here to write a redeemable post...... actualli there realli no topics in my mind now... so imma just list things i did (or attempt) to slim down.. here's the list.
Eat no rice for dinner or in fact every meal...... breakfast was just bread and milk, lunch i wld try and stick to the greens and for dinner, just the dishes my mum dished out but no rice strictly.
Lots of fruits and water for snacks when my hunger spells get the best of me.
Lots of walking, an average of 2000 steps a day including 'stairways routine'. haha
My mum's electro-reflexo machine.. not gonna say which brand. it's one of the 'O'. it's good for detox, toning, cell renewal, blood circulation and many more.....
uhmz... i know this is disgusting... my daily mouthful of 99% cocoa dark choc... it's said to be good for weight loss and anti-aging... haha.
With all the thing i'm doing, i expect myself to look like a..... HOBBIT (Read: Eligah Wood) in no time... haha Word... bye bye...
