I love deluding myself at times, especially when it comes to abusing facts.
Did u know....

  1. Drinking lots of water before meals helps to occupy ur stomach so u won't be consuming as much later on during meals and so u'll be cutting down on calories. Drinking lots of water immediately after ur meals actualli slows down digestion and hence leading to indigestion eventually.
  2. Having a 30 min walk about 1 hour after meals helps increase metabolism rate. Having a 1 hr walk immediately after meals actually slows down absorption of nutrients from food. This is because all the blood flow is channeled to the limbs instead of the digestive system.
  3. Cooking fruits and vegetables causes nutrient loss, hence it's best to not overcook the greens. Deep fried vege is a better alternative to deep fried meat as it contains high fibre content, still deep fried food is bad for health.
So what happens when u eat lots of deep fried vege, drink water and walk immediately after meals?
