I love deluding myself at times, especially when it comes to abusing facts. Did u know....
Drinking lots of water before meals helps to occupy ur stomach so u won't be consuming as much later on during meals and so u'll be cutting down on calories. Drinking lots of water immediately after ur meals actualli slows down digestion and hence leading to indigestion eventually.
Having a 30 min walk about 1 hour after meals helps increase metabolism rate. Having a 1 hr walk immediately after meals actually slows down absorption of nutrients from food. This is because all the blood flow is channeled to the limbs instead of the digestive system.
Cooking fruits and vegetables causes nutrient loss, hence it's best to not overcook the greens. Deep fried vege is a better alternative to deep fried meat as it contains high fibre content, still deep fried food is bad for health.
So what happens when u eat lots of deep fried vege, drink water and walk immediately after meals? . . . U Puke... and that means, u ate nothing and u won't grow a single inch on ur waist....

Some time back, my friend was having a convo with me debating bout blogs being a leaning pillar for the lonely. I think i found my answer. Those who often sought to be recognised, to be seen, to be heard, usually are the lonely. Blogging is just a way for me to etch out bits and pieces of my life, i like to call it the 'recall'.
NS has mould me here and there. But there's always gonna be a part of me that will never be lost. NS is one cheap crash course for ppl who wanna look and feel better. A little narcissisism wont hurt. Randomness of the Day I'm Just here to show my face.....oh wells.... haha.
NS has become a boring cycle in my life. Wake up Early, Eat shitty gruel, Work until shag, Sleep early.
My stand - Make Your Day. I start my day differently everyday with crazy ethics, from pulling white hair off my friend's head to muttering in silly accent.
It is only until NS that I learn how to cherish the stuff around me, the time, the ppl, the places, that bottle of kaya in my fridge, etc.
And I think it's time, some other ppl do.
Apart from these, I still don get the buzz behind Harry Potter's new book. Why the hell is everyone so intrigued as to whether Harry's gonna die... Give Rowling a break. She needs to spend her pennies. Anyways, not gonna get the book cuz i get claustrophobic when i touch book. No books, movie yes. Speaking of which, took a sneak peak at the latest Harry movie. I love Dumbledore, Dolores Umbridge, Luna, Prof Snape and Voldemort. Did i mention Harry Potter? Not....
And cld someone pls tell me where i cld help my mum get Anya HindMarch's 'I'm not a plastic bag' bag.. cuz it's entirely off stock in the entire SOUTH EAST ASIA! Blardy freaking 41 bucks! SO CHEAP LAR!

I've developed a great time gap between myself and my blog. Partially because during this period of my life, I am appreciating the habit of self-assessment in my head. Nothing egoistic or narcissistic but i thought, since hardly anyone would bother, I rather leave it all for myself. I am discovering a new and better me in every period of my life.
